We stayed at Joelle's place in Okanagan Falls for three days in early August while we visited wineries. Communication was all electronic. You are given a pass code to enter the unit. It all went smoothly. Parking is on the street, but there were no other cars on the street so that was not a problem. There was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived and information about local restaurants and wineries which was useful. Much of the information is also made available online. The unit was spotless and well equipped. The linens and towels were heavenly. The bed was so comfortable my husband, who is very critical of beds tried to find the name of it so we might try to purchase one when we replace ours. It is about 15 min to Penticton, where you can find restaurants. The location is very good for wineries in the south, a bit of a drive for those in the North. The best view out of the 7 we visited was Painted Rock, 5 min from the unit. We recommend it.
