I had booked this place solely because of how kid friendly it is that I completely overlooked that it’s amazing for adults as well. I loved the kitchen and all the high end appliances throughout the house, especially the huge freezer and fridge, the Breville toaster oven and all the available cookware as well as the nice washer, dryer and blow dryer. I also really appreciated that they were not stingy about providing thoughtful amenities like tide pods, Q-tips, olive oil for cooking, etc. My kids loved the bunk bed slide & ball pit, the coloring supplies and all the stuffed animals. They had a blast just staying in to play. The location was perfect for us. Everything was within a 15 minute drive: Larrabee State Park, Stimson Family Nature Preserve, Whatcom Falls Park, Bellingham Boardwalk and all the wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in the area. We had a fantastic time and are hoping to come back one day! (The only con is that the WiFi is spotty at times.)
